How to Use:

Wear Daily and as a Treatment

Smooth lips with an exfoliant.  

Apply Lip Fetish Balm Divinyl Lip Shine directly from the bullet for high-intensity shine and hydration. 

If applying as a Lipstick base, you can blot to take down the shine or dab on lightly with your fingertip. 

As a leave-on treatment, add a second layer for maximum conditioning.

Apply as a Topper

After applying Lipstick, swipe on Lip Fetish Balm Divinyl Lip Shine. 

Can be mixed with a matte formula to add suppleness.
