How To Use In Shower: After cleansing, turn off water. Apply oil balm directly onto wet skin and massage. Do not rinse. Towel dry as normal.

How To Use Out Of Shower: Can be used as a multi-purpose moisturizer. Massage onto dry areas like cuticles, elbows, knees and heels as needed.
