How To Use:

Gently swipe liquid eyeshadow onto eyelids then use a brush or your fingertip to tap and blend.

Swipe and blend lightly for a soft, seamless finish.

For a bolder, more pigmented look, layer Liquid Velvet Eyeshadow onto lids. Let the eyeshadow dry before adding additional layers.
