How To Use:

Apply the Soft Pop Plumping Blush Veil over the SoftSculpt™ Transforming Skin Enhancer or your favorite base for a warm, dewy look.  

Work a blush brush into the Blush Veil until hairs are evenly coated, then apply onto the apples of the cheeks, blending up towards the temple. 

Apply with fingertips for an even more natural effect.
